Asier Díaz of Corcuera has heaved with the Prize Eolo to the Innovation 2014 that concedes the
The jury has considered that this study attends to an important appearance for the wind sector: reduce considerably the costs of maintenance, as well as guarantee a greater time of useful life of the components that conform an aerogenerador.
This study establishes a methodology of design of robust controllers multivariables based in the reduction of the norm H∞ and in technicians of control LPV (Linear Parameter Varying) for the mitigación of loads in aerogeneradores. This project allows the design of controllers of very high able quality to adapt to the different points of operation of the aerogenerador improving the provision of the technicians of classical control commonly used until today.
Asier Díaz of Corcuera, researcher of the company IK4-Ikerlan, will receive the prize in the Dinner of the Sector the next 10 June, in the frame of the Wind Convention and the Global Day of the Wind.
The jury stands out the high quality of the works received in areas so diverse like the operation and the maintenance, the integration of the wind power in electrical systems, the repotenciación of wind parks or the development of a model of economic business, among others.
The initiative of the Prize Eolo of Innovation freamers inside the lines of performance of AEE and the technological platform of the wind sector, Reoltec, to support the innovation and the national technological development in a context of strong international competition, globalisation of the markets and optimisation of costs.
