Static heatsinks: only for flat collectors

Picture of Static heatsinks
One of the problems in any thermal installation is the excess temperature in moments of high insolation and low demand for energy.

This overheating is solved with the static dissipator.

It works thanks to the natural convection, without the need for any source of energy. Also called thermosyphon, this effect achieved a circulation of a fluid due to the difference of temperature and heights. More hot liquid has less density and tends to rise; the cold is more dense and tends to lower.

This effect creates a natural and the circular movement through the sink, their fins dissipate the excess energy of the system. To control this effect is mounted a combined valve safety pressure-temperature ratings that opens in an autonomous way from 90 ° C or 6 bar sink circuit, thus convection acts in a natural way, without any system that consumes electrical energy or of any other kind. Built with anodized aluminum fins and copper tube, each section 1 m dissipates up to 400 Watts.
