Founded by the Sr.A. It is the matrix and driving society of Altuna Group. It manufactures all kinds of keys for lock and key cutting machines. Their products are destined for the OEM market and the replacement, in this case with the JMA brand.
Founded in 1942 by Mr. Alejandro Altuna started its activity with a small workshop dedicated to grinding of metal products. Its location in Mondragon provided that the business would lead to production of keys dragged by the thriving sector locksmith of the villa.
In a short time, a new generation of the family who opted for the development and investment prompted the company to significant growth that strengthened the 1960s JMA company as undisputed leader of the country.
Subsequently, the strategy of opening foreign markets supported by the internationalization and always based on an innovative industrial processes approach, has become ALTUNA GROUP the first producer of key European and world leader in this field.
