The UX is the core of the System Xial and is allocated to the contabilización and distribution of water of heating, sanitary ware hot water and sanitary ware cold water in central installations of residential buildings.

It installs in the patinillo of each plant of a building of houses, existing variants for 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 houses by plant (flexibility).

From the technological punto, has of three families (Basic, Electronic and Advanced) totally compatible ones with other (escalabilidad).

From the hydraulics punto, has of three different diagrams (2V, 2P and 3V), which makes it compatible with any type of installation.
