Reynaers Aluminium and Ariño Duglass participate in a technical Conference of aluminum and glass in Zaragoza
on March 2, 2011
The thermal requirements of the technical code (CTE) imposes the use of Windows and doors with high performance in which the aluminium and glass are determining factors. Aluminium with thermal break systems represent the ideal solution going beyond the minimum values required. Reynaers Aluminiumdispone of the appropriate systems and the necessary software tools (tool U) for the calculation of the thermal transmitáncia and the implementation of the supporting cards of CTE.
After the welcome attendees, Francesc Freixes, Reynaers Aluminium projects director, he made a brief presentation of the company and images of some of the emblematic buildings in which participated Reynaers were shown. These include Coca-Cola headquarters in Madrid, the Protos Winery in Peñafiel or the stunning Ferrari World in Abu Dahbi.
Alex Peral, technical director of the company, addressed the issue of the day from the start, going over the different systems of breakage of thermal bridge used in Reynaers systems including high levels of isolation the 86-HI CS and CS 104. The CS 104 is a new solution within the range of products CS, which adds the advantages of insulation values improved below 0.88 W/m²K (UF), which provides Windows and doors suitable for passive buildings.
Subsequently submitted the Reynaers U-tool software, available on-line for architects and specifiers. This tool calculates the thermal values (or) of any type of enclosure whether Windows, doors or curtain walls and provides the direct results to fill the support chips that CTE specifies.
