It shows, Asefave and Asoven promote the correct use of the Marked CE

The three Spanish associations of the sector of the window, Shows, Asefave and Asoven, organised in collaboration with the Council of Economy and Inland revenue, through the General Steering of Industry, Power and Mines and the Foundation of the Power of the Community of Madrid (Fenercom), a day on Marked CE, with the aim inform and clear to manufacturers and other affine agents to this sector, as well as to the users and consumers, the meaning and importance of the marked CE and of the novelties, implications and obligations that supposes the new European legislation that from July of the present year applies to one of the products of the most widespread construction, the windows.

Celebrated the past day 31 October, the day gathered to distinct guilds, all they involved in the design, manufacture, installation and reception in work.

Explained for the same with the invaluable collaboration of Luis Alonso of the Ministry of Power and Tourism of the Area of Quality and Industrial hygiene, as well as with the support of Carlos López Jimeno and Jorge Iñesta, director and deputy director of the General Steering of Power and Mines of the Community of Madrid (DGI).

López Gimeno and Iñesta realizar a reflection of what comports the Marked CE in windows, and of the importance that this has in a constructive element of big calado technical and of enormous importance by his volume of turnover in Spain. “Thus, we have to do emphasis in the surveillance of the fulfillment of the Marked CE by part of the manufacturer. It supposes an all, an advance in the quality of materials that enter in work, as well as a real statement and vinculante of the provision of the windows”, declared Carlos López Gimeno. “From the DGI and his Sub-directorate of Quality and Industrial Surveillance has to realizar a follow-up and surveillance of the correct fulfillment of the same”. Jorge Iñesta announced in novelty the imminent plan of surveillance that goes to realizar in the Community of Madrid, with sanctions of until 90.000 euros in case of detection of irregularities.

During the course of the event treated all the subjects concernientes to the correct operation of the Marked CE. All the guidelines to be followed by part of the manufacturer for his achievement, as well as all the exposed requirements by the Norm 14351:1 2006 – To1:2010; norm that governs the Marked CE in windows and doors peatonales (Control of Production in Factory, Initial Essays of Type. Statement of Provision and Labeling).

Like colophon to the day surrendered a moving homage to Luis Alonso Cavalier, mecenas of the Marked CE in Spain, the one who cleared this same day his professional path in this field like consequence of his retirement.
