The new CTE multiplies by two the isolation

The past 12 September published the Ministerial order by which updates the Basic Document DB-HAVE Saving of Power of the Technical Code of the Edificación. They stand out the new requirements of isolation that collect in the DB-HAVE1 ‘Limitation of the energetic demand', by which the thicknesses of isolation will see duplicated in the majority of the cases, arriving even to triplitruckse in determinate construction solutions and climatic zones. Equally sucede with the gaps, the new requirements can increase to more than the double the need of isolation of the windows.

This is a first step to reach the marked aim by the Directive of Energetic Efficiency of Buildings regarding that all the buildings that build from 2020 will have to be buildings of consumption of power almost invalid.
