CI 45, the system for divisions of Reynaers Aluminium

The new CI 45 of Reynaers Aluminium is a system of dividing and interior doors for the Organization of offices and interiors. Its simplicity and wide range of possibilities meets the expectations of anyone.Simple manufacturing and easy Assembly allow to reduce the time and cost of the final product.
The system has a special slot to hide wiring Office (computer network, telephony, wiring) without affecting the aesthetic external from the system. The 45 CI is a modular system which allows extended or modified at any time. The biggest advantage of 45 CI system is its versatility. With barely 33 profiles, it is possible to interior divisions, back and forth, sliding doors, glass doors, and walls with double glazed with widths of 100 mm and 125 mm that allow an easy Assembly with the internal partition.
The system is based on several basic profiles which are attached between them using adapters profiles into frames, sills or door leaves.
Presenting the system thanks to its versatility advantages:

The CI 45 system allows a simple production process due to the simple solution of the union of the t profile The profile is cut at a right angle and don't have no mechanization. This way of treating the profiles does not require any special tools and therefore the prefabrication of construction at the installation site is possible with the proper use of portable saw, drilling template and use standard tools.
One of the advantages of the 45 CI is the modularity of the system. There is the possibility of modifying the existing building at any time, for example, through the exchange of a fixed module by one mobile (sheet with glass door). This solution represents a great opportunity for the adaptation of the rental of office space.
