Asoven Contributes to the set up of a Plan Renove of windows of PVC in the Community of Madrid

The Community of Madrid will set up próximamente a Plan Renove for the installation of windows of PVC with glasses of thermal sensors isolation reinforced, as the agreed with Asoven, the Spanish association of windows of PVC. Like this it announced it on 10 January 2013 the adviser of Presidency, Justice and spokesman of the Government, Salvador Victoria, the one who stood out that the new plans have a new approach, without contribution of public funds, and substituting them by bottoms contributed by some sectors that benefit of said plans, like the manufacturers, installers, traders and supplying companies (See listing of companies adhered in the web: www.renoventanaspvc.com)

One of the basic pillars of the Energetic Plan of the Community of Madrid 2004-2012 has been the promotion of the energetic saving and the energetic efficiency. Between the performances llevar developing of this energetic politics have played a central paper the known Plans Renove.

These Plans have funded until 2012 fundamentally with pertinent bottoms of the Institute for the Diversification and the Saving of the Power (IDAE), by means of the corresponding Agreements of Collaboration for development in the Community of Madrid of the Strategy of Energetic Efficiency in Spain.

In the last announcement, corresponding to bottoms of 2011 and that has developed until finals of 2012, has had the following plans: appliances, windows, elevators, industrial machinery, boilers (domestic, rooms of community and industrial boilers), air conditioned, lighted up external, installation of detectors of presence, promotion of the cogeneration and impulse of the renewable energies.

From the year 2006, these plans have supposed 684.000 performances, with public helps of 107 million euros, contributed by IDAE and that correspond fundamentally to contributions realised by all the citizens and Madrilenian companies in the energetic receipts. The investment induced direct has been of 619 million euros.

The annual energetic saving achieved surpasses the equivalent to 50.000 tonnes of annual oil. In economic terms this supposes for the Madrilenian society an economic saving of some 60 annual millions. Besides, it has achieved that they have left to issue to the atmosphere 260.000 tonnes of CO₂.

Also is very important the generation of economic activity produced by the Plans Renove, since it has achieved promote the activity of the main manufacturers of boilers, appliances, glass, equipment of lighting or elevators, as well as of thousands of SMEs and autonomous workers, mainly installers. This has served of significant form to promote the industrial activity of the region and to create some 9.000 places of work. Besides, the Plans Renove have an important return to the Administration in payment of taxles like the VAT, and contribute to emerge the economy submerged that it can exist in some of these sectors.

Another important profit of the Plans is the improvement of the hygiene, when substituting ancient installations, usually in bad state, by new installations adapted to the current regulations of hygiene. Also it has to consider the environingingmental profit, so much indirect, when consuming less power, as direct, in reduction of the atmospheric pollution, by the lower consumption of fuel and the change induced of diesel to gas (boilers). With the Plans Renove has achieved , besides, a change of mentality of the citizens and economic agents, involving them in the advantages and need of the efficiency in the consumption of power.
