Portico vertical machining center: high-performance
This developing Mazak has achieved a highly accurate and versatile machine. 10,000 Rpm/interaction version is ideal for sectors such as aeronautics and mold by its large capacity boot chip, still possible up to 30% improvement in chip startup. Mazak option offers a head of 7,000 rpm and high-torque, ideal for strong chip startups and one with ISO40 and 18,000 rpm, ideal for soft materials like aluminium.
Its flexibility is even greater to have option of a sturdy angular head that can index every 90 degrees at all times controlled by control Mazatrol Matrix. Thus 5 sides of a component in a single mooring can machine which drastically reduces downtime and improves quality. This angular head is stored in the corresponding warehouse automatically.
This machine has a few tours of X 1,500 mm and 800 mm and Z 660 mm with a table of 1740 mm x 750 mm which allows to load 2,500 kg. Their positioning in X-Y-Z speeds are respectively 40, 40 and 30 m/min, allowing for advances of up to 30 m/min cutting
It provides advanced control Mazatrol Matrix involving Mazatrol conversational programming language as well as a standard EIA/ISO and a series of functions that define the machine as smart: control active vibration compensation according to the temperature of the different elements, simulation and collision control and advisory voice.
