It is a typical cheese of the Valencian Community. This cheese napkin owe his form to the cloth that wraps it in his process of maduration. The bark is globosa, with the edges rounded and groove them irradiated marked, because of the knotted of the cloth; it is smooth and enclosed, of white colour. The pasta is white, little elastic but without being rigid. It has a flavour mantecoso, soft and frank.
