Iberolactal Import-Export - Emmental cheese

Cheese emmental Landtaler is a German cheese with a waxed smooth natural golden brown crust. The paste is smooth, ivory-coloured, with eyes the size of a cherry. The flavor is delicate and nutty. The more mature emmental cheese, more intense is its flavor. If the holes are great, the cheese will have a milder flavor; much smaller and more abundant are these, the cheese will be more strong and spicy.

They are sold in boxes of 4 units. Each cheese has an approximate weight of 3 kg.
