Cheese of soft pasta with the bark rusted, elaborated with milk pastaurised of goat of flawless bacteriological quality.

It distinguishes by his cremosidad, by the pure and delicate flavour to goat's milk, as well as by a subtle acidity.

The whiteness of the pasta contrasts with the bark recubierta of blue mold, the designated penicillium roqueforti, typical of the interior of the blue cheeses. His format, known like “leg of mule”, is tubular, lengthened and cylindrical.

It presents in a wooden box with 3 units and with an approximate weight of 1,3 kg.
