German Gouda cheese is made from cow's milk pasteurized, processed and reheat until rennets are separated from the serum. It contains 48% of fat on dry extract.

It is distributed in block with square or rectangular faces and pith. It is ideal to be sliced without difficulty.

German Gouda cheese texture is firm, and the cheese is straw colored. It has eyes on variable number, regular or irregular throughout the interior of the cheese, more or less round shape and variable size.

They are sold in boxes of 4 units. Each cheese has an approximate weight of 3 kg.
