Picon blue cheese with leaves is a blue cheese, made from cow's milk. Of processing is a ripening of 2 months at a temperature and moisture is optimal for the proliferation of penicilium roqueforti fungus.

It presents a rough and irregular, bark dark gray tones and with small spots of red and blue.

It has a soft texture and yellow pale, full of small cavities where a white and blue-green mold is concentrated.

Picon blue cheese has a strong flavor and something spicy, fatty and buttery on the palate. Its smell is intense.

It is sold in boxes of 2 units with a weight of 3.3 kg each.
