Presentación
The Santos family, Luis and Carlos Santos, agricultural and ranching tradition in the village of chickens in Valladolid (Spain), decided in 1996 build a small cheese-making to concentrate as well on an artisan cheese all the virtues that has its flock of 2,000 sheep milk.
