Anapat Celebrates his XVIII General Assembly in the frame of the I Forum of the Rent

Have celebrated the 18 General Assembly Ordinary of Anapat that has had electoral character by the transcurso of a trienio from the previous comicios of 26 February 2009 in Madrid. During these three years the Managerial Board has realised a big work that has allowed that the association have been able to give an attention of high level to our companies incorporating increasingly services.

Follow immersed in a difficult situation that requires to explode to the maximum our qualities like employers to buoy to the companies. It keeps a very low demand and, in spite of the descent of more than 55% of the park of platforms from the 2008, the profitability of many of the operations keeps on being insufficient to guarantee the survival of the companies.

According to all the economic forecasts of organisms of prestige like the CEOE, Funcas and the Bank of Spain, in the 2012 does not go to grow the Spanish economy and will have to keep a conservative strategy. But although the companies are working low minima do not have to stop the activity of the association, because it is in these moments when more it can us contribute, by means of the knowledge accumulated during eighteen years, to help to the associated to manage properly the current difficulties and avoid unnecessary risks that they can be fatal for the companies. Therefore in Anapat works still more completing the projects in course and thinking already in other new.

Anapat Is tackling appearances of vital importance for the associated like the fight against the morosidad, carry more than two years offering the reports of prediction and qualification of credit, and in 2011 have consulted 8.595 reports from the web of Anapat, in the File of Delinquent have recorded already more than five thousand registers and have sent the first letters of communication to the debtor of his incorporation to the file. In Learning have celebrated two meetings of the Committee of Learning that have allowed to finalise the norm in Aenor after almost two years of work and more than a ten of meetings of the subcomité of ‘Platforms Elevadoras', and at last already has published in the BOE the announcement of the same and has finalised the course with the didactic materials: manual, presentation in PowerPoint, examinations, videos, platform web, etc.

Have kept all the usual activities of the association: queries of associated and of third, relations with ministries, collaboration with the National Institute of hygiene and Hygiene in the Work, collaboration with Aenor, relations with other associations, relations with manufacturers and providers of our companies, distribution of 175.297 manuals of Instructions of hygiene and Handle, distribution of 4.000 adhesive informing of the care to the PEMP, translations of international magazines, 184 reports on subsidies and the organisation of meetings of work and assemblies, standing out the 17ª Convention of Anapat celebrated the days 29 and 30 September in Madrid.

Besides, during the 2011 have devoted an important effort to the development of Confalq that has allowed us access to the National Confederation of the Construction (CNC) and have an every time greater presence in the European Association of the Rent, WAS. Both associations joined to the presence in FEM-AEM contribute us a quantity of information of incalculable value and of impossible access for any alquilador of PEMP no associated to Anapat.

Therefore this year we have not celebrated this Ordinary General Assembly in the frame of an event organised by Anapat, but we have wanted that it integrate inside a new format, the first Forum of the Rent with more possibilities of professional development for our employers, with workshops of work like the devoted to the Learning and to the Morosidad, and round tables like the devoted to the future of the parks of machinery. We think that this new format has been a success and opens a new way so that the companies for hire walk joined in every aspect that they are us common and that we can resolve better joined.

Special quotation requires the farewell of our president José María Marsal, that for the partners of Anapat and for his personnel will be it always and his opinions will be taken into account. Therefore the salient Managerial Boards and entrante approved by unanimity his nomination, to personal title, of president of honour with indefinite character. His work encomiable, his dedication, selfless and firm effort convicción of the asociacionismo like tool of sectorial improvement has given his fruit in all the attainments that the association has gone achieving in these years and that has positioned us like an association with a big prestige between all the public and private organisms related with our sector.

Finally recalcar that a year more have fulfilled the aims and have followed advancing even incorporating new associated in spite of the crisis and already are ilusionados scheduling and thinking in all the tasks that do not expect to surpass this difficult 2012.
