Swagelok Launches a line of tools for an agile and precise manufacturing of the tube

The American company Swagelok has added five new tools to his line of equipment, to complement his offer of equipment of welding and tube. Designed to offer the maximum portabilidad and ease of use, this new range includes four new tools of deburring and a cortadora of tube. They are oriented to his use with tube of stainless steel 316, steel to the carbon, titanium and the majority of alloys based in nickel.

The new refrentadores TF produce extreme of flat tube, fine, to square, without shavings neither chamfers. They are available in four different sizes, and incorporate blades of high performance, electronic control of speed and a system of fast change of collarín that prescinde of tools for the change of size. There is available four series, for tubes of diameter from 3 to 114,3 millimetres (1/8" to 4 ½"), with or without wire of electrical connection.

The new cortadora TC72 allows to cut tube of low wall or elbows until diameters of 114,3 millimetres (4 ½"). It carries integrated cheese cheese a leading laser to determine the point of cut, and integrates mordazas built in smelting toughened of aluminium. It offers a cut to square and without rebabas.
