Anape Presents the Environingingmental Statements of Product centred in the Poliestireno Expanded

In the I International Week of the Construction, celebrated in Ifema of the day 8 to 11 May, Anape, the National Association that groups to the Spanish industry of the Poliestireno Expanded, has realised the official presentation of the Environingingmental Statements of Product (DAPs), inside the frame of the Technical Day organised by Cepco, under the title ‘Sustainability and Products of Construction; environingingmental statement of product', with the aim to give to know the rule approved recently about the DAPs. Also it had the occasion to know the experiences of some of the sectors in the development of the Rules of Category of Product.

The Environingingmental Statements of Product allow to the companies have an objective document and reviewed on the environingingmental footprint of his products. The exigencia of these certifications is in increase attending so much to the rules as to the market, with the green purchase or the regulation ecodiseño for example.

Laura Gómez, manager of the Area of Container, Packaging, Environingingment and Recycled of Anape, gave a conference in which it reinforced the idea that the DAPs have like end know all the environingingmental impacts of the products of Poliestireno Expanded applied in the construction. Due to the fact that with this no only achieves obtain information to realise evaluations of impacts in the buildings in his group, but also it will achieve information to improve the processes of production.

Anape Has the Environingingmental Statements of Product in Spanish and the report of interpretation of the same in his extranet. These statements suppose a value added for the associated, when putting to his disposal an element diferenciador regarding the environingingmental behaviour. They base in the analysis of cycle of life of the products, taking into account the entrances and exits in the process productive, with put it to identify the afecciones environingingmental generated. Laura Gómez finalised exposing the Environingingmental Statements that Anape has carried out; a total of 7 DAPs, 5 in the EPS traditional (white) and 2 in the one of low conductivity (grey).
