Climate accelerated ageing and the simulation of extreme environmental conditions with testing cameras

Product technology
For all this, the Organization (h.e. Control quality and Instrumentation) ITC has 30 years of accumulated experience in these activities, providing for 23 years (Foundation in 1979), equipment for these investigations to the technological centres, estates and businesses most prestigious of our countrybecause all these climates have been developed and are reproduced in laboratory-scale with the Chambers of trials ITC, reliable and secure, with technological solvency and the rigor and seriousness of a national company certified by Aenor une - EN ISO 9001: 2000 (ICC has certified the design procedures)(production, calibration and maintenance at the international level according to the IQ-Net certificate).
To ensure the reliability of the tests, the intercomparison and its certificabilidad, it is necessary to have a long experience, a know-how based on the use of cutting-edge technology and a system of such stringent control so as to ensure, both in the more standardized equipment prototypes, high thermal stabilities, minimization of inertia, repeatability in time and space reproducible homogeneity, even with inputs of energy emission, without prejudice to the reproduction of optimal gradients.
ITC trial chambers are not only certified, they satisfy all the national and international standards. They meet all safety standards applicable, accompanying the CE marking and the corresponding certificate of conformity. They are also friendly to the environment, given that they meet rigorously the standards of environmental safety and protection of the ozone layer, in accordance with the protocols of most recent source of legislation.

In the manufacture of the equipment, ITC uses stainless steel AISI 316 L high range, with essay volumes ranging from 40 to 2,000 litres for compact cameras and from 2,000 litres up huge volumes with visitable Chambers, built by modular panelsto enable test large volumes of samples (trials of pharmacological stability in mass, reel of fiber-optic, cable, packaging, etc.), and even large objects, such as battle tanks, artificial satellites, complete aircraft, trucks, etc.
