SIC 2012 it will show the tendencies in architecture and decoration and novelties of more than 400 companies

The meeting will put on the table the new approaches and proposals that are contributing these sectors to go out of the crisis and the last attainments achieved. For example, some display units will show revolutionary developments like windows with energetic cost zero or cements four more resistant times. Besides, the event will have a complete program of Technical Days, in which they will treat the main worries and the big subjects of interest that could contribute to dinamizar this industry. Between them, it finds the sustainability and the energetic efficiency; the competitiveness; the advantages of the rehabilitation; the normative frame; the outsourcing; the legal repercussions in the accidents; effective and sustainable solutions like the concrete and the galvanizing in hot, etc.

Between the activities that will develop , finds the exhibition ‘architecture in positive', with some of the best works of Spanish architects at present under construction; the exhibition of the ‘Big projects of architecture in the International Week of the Construction', that carries the signature of some of the most notable architects of the current panorama; a day on “multidisciplinary equipment of work in architecture” a meeting bloggers of architecture; a sample of maquetas; and some days on Recovery and Rehabilitation of the historical heritage of Madrid.

The International Week of the Construction agglutinates to three fully consolidated contests in his respective sectors: Construtec, International Living room of the Construction; Veteco, International Living room of the Window and the Closing Glazed, and Stone, International Fair of the Natural Stone. And the appointment, that will contribute to the commercial relaunching of these sectors, will have an important international presence.
