The poured of waste yields space to the valorisation/valorization

The valorisation/valorization of waste goes imposing in Spain like ecological alternative to the traditional and obsolete poured of waste, constituting an indispensable instrument to attain a greater energetic efficiency and a greater respect to the environment. Conclusions like this remained on the table during the celebration in Madrid of the forum `Energetic Efficiency and Environment: Energetic Valorisation/Valorization of celebrated´ —Waste around the middle of September—, organised/organized by Manages Forum and sponsored by Ferrovial, that allowed to know the points of view in this regard of the Public Administration, patronal business and private sector.

To the meeting was invited the vice-president of the Commission of Sustainability and Environment of the Ceoe, Pedro Dwells, the one who in his turn of intervention signalled “the need to carry out performances of preparation for the reuse and the recovery with the aim of desincentivar the poured of waste”. In this same sense, the also Technical director of the Grouping of manufacturers of cement of Spain (Oficemen), warned that “the reuse, recycled and valorisation/valorization is suffering a clear `dumping´ by the price of the dumps in Spain”, what forces to disproportionate efforts to the public administrations, that “could correct if they increased the taxes of poured, asemejándose to the Europeans”.
