Aniceto Zaragoza, Oficemen, Medal of the professional merit of the Civil Engineering College

The College of civil engineers and ports (CICCP) delivered on 18 may their medals of Honor and the professional merit given each year. In its latest edition the director-general of the grouping of cement Spain (Oficemen), Aniceto Zaragoza, received the medal to the professional merit for his work, among others, at the head of the employers of the cement, from which has promoted the leadership of the Spanish sector in the European and Latin American context.
Zaragoza picked up in the hands of the President of the CICCP, Edelmiro Rúa, the diploma of the delivery of the distinction, as well as the own medal merit professional, which contains the emblem of the profession and the name of the award-winning. Next to it, other 17 roads engineers received the medal to merit professional that gives the CICCP by have highlighted with clear visibility in some areas of the practice of the profession.
Other six engineers were also selected to receive the Medal of Honor, which is recognized to have developed actions of unquestionable merit and involving notable contributions to the prestige of the profession as a public and notorious or having given outstanding services to the collective of engineers of roads, canals and ports. Following the breakdown of winners, the General Council at its meeting on 5 April 2011, agreed to grant the title of collegiate Honor George Fanlo Nicholas and the prize Santo Domingo de la Calzada to Jose Antonio Torroja Cavanillas
