High interest in the composites in the days of the CEP
Important exhibition in parallel

In few expressions of Spanish plastics industry gets an important percentage participation of companies from the sector in which brings together representatives from the world of composites, or lectures are followed with interest as the communications presented in this and previous occasions.
Certainly, the interest in the Conference on composite materials and reinforced plastics Spanish plastics Centre (CEP) was based on the variety and topicality of the themes proposed and, in some cases, in the novelty of communications such as the one presented by j. M. painted, INTA, which exposed the efforts of the industry Aeronautics to replace current fuels with hydrogen at cryogenic temperature.
On the other hand, the Professor of the school of engineers aeronautical j. Alfredo Güemes offered the current state of the art of sensors integrated into the material itself for the control of the structural damage, with a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of optical fibre systems, interferometric, spectral and piezoelectric.
