Cricusa celebrates its 80th anniversary attending Veteco 2008

CRICURSA reinvents the glass in each of the works in which it participates, always offering customers original compositions and new possibilities so far. A professional team specialized in architectural glass, so curved as flat, Cricursa will be present at Veteco 2008 in order to present their latest products and celebrate its 80th anniversary with visitors. To this end, it has designed a stand of 120 square metres which, as usual, will be noted to show the multiple possibilities of glass in architecture.

Attendees will be documented on the products and services of Cricursa through an interactive system of touch screens where you will find features and benefits of different product lines, as well as enjoy opening images of the most representative works which collaborated Cricursa.

Among the latest innovations Cricursa incorporates into its complete catalog, the visitors of the next edition of Veteco will know the new generation of technology Criregulite, glass with control of opacity which allow regulating the degree of privacy or solar control desired throughout the day and the seasons of the year. CRICURSA makes available to all users who wish to remove the blinds or curtains, elements until now essential to control the passage of light or heat, a technology that until now was considered futuristic. With a simple slider or potentiometer, is made possible the control of the passage of light through the window.

The new sheets offer, on the one hand, a greater opacity, reducing the passage of light/vision to only 0.5 per cent and, on the other hand, a wide range of change of opacity, allowing to spend 6 to 66 percent in light transmission. This new generation of adjustable Criregulite in opacity reaches a far superior to the hitherto existing quality level, from the previous 11 per cent of fog effect to only 3 per cent, or even perceptible to the human eyeresulting in a much more clear and neutral appearance in the ON position. With regard to the key of Criregulite, Cricursa maintains blue, by its high efficiency in solar control and its pleasant visual appearance for the range. Available in flat in curved, thanks to rapid advances in this, more and more desired, technology, Criregulite is now available in large (1,000 x 5,800 millimeters), both in the version rolled in double glazing (puediéndose placed in the laminate set outside or inside).

Another important novelty, with which will be surprised to professionals during the Madrid thematic show, will be Cridecor SentryGlas Expressions, a new and versatile technology that will enable the architect or designer freedom in the creation of graphical effects both in facades and interiors. Licensed to DuPont, Cricursa becomes the only national manufacturer of SentryGlas Expressions Film.

As a novelty, it should be noted that Cricursa diversifies its offer offering not only laminate SentryGlas Expressions but also printed Film, which will be available to all Spanish rolling mills. This technology is to print on a transparent butyral both with colored inks or white ink (this only for interiors), allowing to generate different levels of opacity (gradient of white). Also, in the rolling translucent combination of different levels of light transmission, can be combined to achieve a greater contrast of the image and/or more privacy.

As a finished product, Cricursa offers customers a thickness of 4 + 4 mm laminated glass and can reach a thickness of 19 + 19 mm, always contemplating any other variant, is triple-laminado, insulating or curved glass on any of their multiple types.
