Collbaix is ahead of the future in Veteco

Collbaix range comprises a wide range of models of lama straight or curved, gutters or double-walled, die-cut, blind or microperforadas, with or without polycarbonate in its mold and even with a range of high security which includes autoblocantes doorsarmored doors and ballistic.

Exclusive guides complement the doors, different options that are suited to every need, guides can be simple or structural depending on each installation. Like the rest of products Collbaix, all this manufactured from aluminium of high resistance, providing security and reliability as a whole.

The range includes small solutions, sometimes invaluable to the naked eye, they bring comfort to the user, as for example: plugs of stainless steel at the sides of the lamas, pieces of nylon guides and shafts or bearings into the socket of the lamas. This manages to minimize the noise level of the mobile and mechanical parts of the door, avoiding discomfort during use and minimizing its maintenance thereafter.

After seeing consolidated the 'standard' range of Collbaix and after several years of research and evidence is released series of special doors LRS and UP, offering new solutions to specific needs.

LRS is a door that closes in lateral direction, i.e. the roll is in a drawer of aluminum in one side of the hole in the door and the blinds closed towards the other side, this allows placing a door of high-performance sites of limited height, which are only needed 8 cm install guides. This allows to mount the door in those places where there is no gap, false ceiling or lintel where to place the blinds and, moreover, not be possible to reduce the available height.

UP is similar to the above, but even beyond. It's a system where the roll of the gate is located at the bottom and the sense of closure is upward, also is suitable in those places which by its low height would be impossible to place another type of door. In this case the roll can go under a stage (in the case of shop Windows and the like) or you can even embed under the floor, if conditions allow it. Both systems revolutionized the world of roller doors at the time.

Thinking mainly in shops and places of high pedestrian traffic, Collbaix has introduced in its catalog a new line of products, the automatic glass doors, putting on sale, in a first phase, two models: comfort and comfort Plus.

Each of the models can be mounted in various finishes of its leaves; with or without aluminium profile and even mounted with modern unfriendly systems. Both models are similar, being the highest benefits Plus model, allowing larger sheet sizes, getting huge Windows in the facades of the premises as well.

Following the innovative automatic glass doors have developed two mounting systems that encompass a single set the glass door and retractable banner aluminium door: Kubit and Duet.

Kubik is a revolutionary system that combines the retractable banner gate of aluminium with an automatic of glass, all this topped with sides aluminum creating a flawless set. Block, 60 centimeters of Fund, equipped with on his inside the glass door and on the outside that of aluminium. The system allows to mount on top drawer of aluminium for the roll of the blind and the box that hides the mechanism of the glass door, creating a single block of spectacular finishes, finally, between the two doors mountedembedded, a set of lights that gives the final touch to the system.

Duet is the conjunction of the automatic door of glass with aluminum retractable banner gate. We could say that it is the same concept as the earlier with different finishes, in this case reducing the most occupied space, tending always into account the quality of finishes. This system allows assemblies with or without drawer of aluminum, allowing to hide the scroll behind the lintel, false ceiling or in a registry located in the premises of the installation.

The lockers Digit and Digit Mini of exterior door with security lock are located in own guidelines of the gates, thereby producing a superb finish. Both models are equipped inside the new range of digital keyboards that, combined with the new pictures of the future series increase the benefits of the doors. Thinking of the comfort and security of the client, in two box office is a lever of unblocking, that allows to operate the door manually if necessary. The device can operate with the strength of a finger, making a slight movement, something difficult to find in another manufacturer.

The box office Digit Box, of similar characteristics as the previous but in surface format, also includes digital keyboards and integrated unlock system, also equips lid and security lock.

The selector multifunction Digit Control, in versions of surface and semiempotrado, has finished in stainless steel, digital extended keyboard function of unemployment of emergency, auxiliary button for automatic doors, or other device, on/off function of the keyboard and lever of equal management than the previous release.

The selector Digit Home is the simplified version of the previous format of surface, is equipped with digital keyboard with functions of rise and fall, unemployment, notice of maintenance, notice of lack of power and leverage of unblocking for the manual action of the door, as well as the digit lockers.

In the future series are also different devices of remote control of doors and other accessories, but sometimes imperceptible, complement or improve the control and management of the doors.

Collbaix has expanded its domestic range, basically consisting of the Silence 45-R model to which is added a new self-locking model of curved lama and high security, so-called self-locking 45 Majestic so far.

It is a new blind which is included within the domestic range of Collbaix, of small size and high security, made of high strength extruded aluminium. The model includes guides, profiles and optional drawers that complement their characteristics, thereby producing a blind of highly secure, easy to assemble and impeccable finish.
