Kömmerling – 25 years serving on the technical code
Since it it launched its first series of profiles and above by the year 1982, Kömmerling promotes architecture that improves the comfort and energy savings, ahead of years to the regulations which prohibits the use of heavy metals in PVC profiles. It has also acquired with their manufacturers commitment "Greenline" consisting of the recycling of surplus trimmings in the manufacturing process and, in the future, the profiles of Windows to renew. Therefore, it cannot be said that their systems of woodwork contributed to triggering environmental, real sustainability of the CTE, through both in regime of winter energy savings as of summer, and recycling.
The gap, in its attempt to break the solid and opaque continuity of the wall, now acquires regulatory role to the be made, as well as to the other elements of Windows and doors and partitions, which does not exceed certain levels of thermal transmittance, or air permeabilitywhich will require an update at the qualitative level of constructive reality, moving ever closer to European standards, and disregarding the woodwork of negligible benefits which until now had been placing in the vast majority of the national territory. Projecting with systems of Kömmerling carpentry is the tranquility of complying with the CTE in paragraphs of energy saving (DB-I), sanitation (DB-HS), and shares in the building (DB-be AE).
To do so Kömmerling has a wide range of systems of woodwork. It highlights the Eurodur 3S system that presents a wide range of constructive solutions for Windows and doors, can be adapted also to any shape and architectural style with a depth of 58 mm and transmittance of 1.8 W/m2K. With this value of isolation met with the new CTE throughout the national territory, being the value more restrictive limit of 3.1 W/m2K, we are a 40 per cent below the limit that marks with the rules of energy saving. System Eurodur 3S has the Aenor product certificate mark, which widely supports its quality.
The system EuroFutur Elegance offers the highest levels of thermal insulation (U = 1,3 W/m2K) and acoustic due to its depth, 70 mm, attached to a more rounded aesthetics according to new trends. With the EuroFutur system, it is possible to create all types of enclosures, both white and other shades and finishes (plans, wood).
The Premidoor system consists of a lift sliding sheet of large size (up to 3.5 x 2.80 meters) of soft drive and a system of boards of sealing that they confer high impermeability. With 70 mm of depth also gets the best values of thermal insulation and is able to accommodate up to 39 mm of glass for its acoustic comfort and physical security.
