Kömmerling Strong bet by systems of windows more efficient and designs more attractor trucks

Kömmerling has presented in Veteco 2014 his more demanding carpentries, which achieve values of thermal sensors transmittance until underneath of 1 W/m²K. The mark also showed in the fair other interesting novelties regarding blinds, colours and guarantees; and it summoned a presses conference to give to know his last initiatives.

Javier Bermejo, boss of Marketing and Promotion of Kömmerling in Spain, recognised in Veteco that, in spite of the hard situation that lives the market of the construction from the year 2008, the company has gone experiencing during the last months in our country a slight growth but constant, what allows him see the future with optimism and trust that really the market already hit rock bottom does time.

To the margin of the general growth of the own market, by the own reflation of the constructive activity, especially in matter of rehabilitation and reform, from Kömmerling also trusts a greater penetration of the carpentry of PVC in the Spanish market of the windows, had to especially to the big advance that is attaining this material in matter of energetic efficiency. In fact, the German company, from the previous edition of Veteco in 2012, has attained to launch to the numerous market novelties that allow to arrive to values of thermal sensors transmittance that already are even underneath of 1 W/m²K.

A lot of architects, conscious that the window is the manager of good part of the losses of power in a house, bet increasingly by solutions that allow to advance in energetic efficiency. To facilitate to the customer this work of selection, Kömmerling supports the initiative of Asefave to catalog the energetic efficiency of each one of the windows through a label. The labeling is of voluntary character for the manufacturers and describes the greater or lower energetic efficiency of the window in function of his intrinsic technical provision, without realizar calculations neither estimates of the possible energetic saving that the homes can achieve with the change of the windows, since these values depend no only of the characteristics of the same, but also of the constructive typology of the building or house, his geographic location and, even, of the habits of the own user.

To the margin of the advantage that this label supposes for the user to the hour to know how can improve the energetic efficiency of his house, this initiative allows besides control the quality of the window, since one of the requirements indispensable that has put Asefave to obtain this label is that it have of the marked CE.

To do see clearly to the visitors to the fair the advantages that can obtain choosing some windows on others, Kömmerling installed in his stand of Veteco two simulators that allowed to compare the energetic saving that offers a window cataloged as To*** and another clear-cut as G* (installed in the big majority of our houses). In the first of the simulators, of heat, with an inner temperature of 35-39°C and an external of some 24°C showed that with the solution of Kömmerling the isolation is a lot greater, of such form that was foreseen that in the four days that lasted the fair could save the half of power that the consumed by the window G*.

In the second simulator, of cold, employed a camera termográfica for evidenciar also that with the systems of Kömmerling the isolation with regard to the outside is very upper.

Kömmerling Carries more than 30 years in Spain and in this time has centred his efforts in achieving the systems of windows and blinds more advanced, with which achieve excellent values of thermal sensors and acoustic insulation, and energetic efficiency.

In concrete these two new systems of windows are 88 Plus and 76 mm.

In the first, with profiles of 88 mm, Kömmerling has attained extraordinary levels of transmittance of 0,79 W/m²K, being an entirely adapted solution to the concept of efficient house Passivhaus.

For countries like Spain, where enter this type of profiles of 88 mm in buildings already built is very complicated by the own width of the walls, Kömmerling also has launched the system 76 mm, that allow to reach indexes of transmittance of 1,0 W/m²K, what supposes equally a big step in this sector.

Also had a place stood out in Veteco 2014 the system of blinds of Kömmerling RolaPlus. This product, although it already has a long path, has reinvented recently to adapt to the new times and offer the best design and the best provision to technical level.

Like the rest of products Kömmerling, RolaPlus is available in more than 100 distinct colours (smooth, metallised, finished wood…). Besides, it has the most modern motors and accionamientos by remote control, distinct types of lick (included the ones of hygiene), several sizes of drawer… And the most important is that it has entered important technical improvements to do this persiana still better of what already was. In fact the drawer RolaPlus has the best classification in ‘permeability to the air': Class 4.

In the field of the colour, Kömmerling presented in Veteco 2014 two new folios: one with finished wood and another metallised, expanding like this his already of by himself extensive program of colours. Besides, the system of foliado has improved his quality and expanded his guarantee, happening of 5 to 10 years in the stability of the colour.

The signature also has improved his innovative system to give colour to the profiles by means of fluent polymers: Kolorten, which has happened to apply only in the outside to be able to incorporate in the three faces of the profile (external, inner and galce).

Regarding the variety of colours, ‘Kolorten three faces' is available in more than 100 colours RAL and can combine with distinct finished wood in the interior of the window (achieved by means of foliado). Kolorten Has a guarantee of 10 years in the stability of the colour and 15 in the adherencia.

Like member of Andimat, Kömmerling summoned to a talk given by the own association in which they provided tools to the prescriptor to fulfil with the requirements of the new Basic Document of Saving of Power of the CTE and analysed different practical cases.

And jointly with the Platform PEP, Kömmerling presented in the fair the concept of efficient house Passivhaus. During this conference, realizar by Juan Postigo (delegate for Madrid of the Platform PEP), explained the requirements, provision and advantages of an edificación passive, explaining one of the most rational forms to build Buildings of Consumption Almost Invalid.
