ThyssenKrupp Elevators receives the Mark N of Aenor of Services for conservative companies of elevators

The Spanish Association of Normalisation and Certification (Aenor) has conceded to ThyssenKrupp Elevators the certificate of the Mark N of Services for conservative companies of elevators in an act in which they have been present the general director of Aenor, Avelino Brito, and the general director of ThyssenKrupp Elevators, Jorge Estevez.

The continuous commitment of ThyssenKrupp Elevators with the quality and the excellence of service have converted once again to the company in pioneer between the companies of elevation when obtaining this certification. Already in the decade of the ninety, ThyssenKrupp Elevators was one of the first companies of elevators in obtaining the certificate Aenor of Management of the Quality in accordance with the Norm JOINS-IN ISO 9001.

The certification of Aenor recognises the effort of companies and public servicys for attending the needs of the people and offer each day a better service. To concede this Mark N, Aenor has evaluated the system of aseguramiento of the quality with the end to determine that ThyssenKrupp Elevators satisfies the disposals of the Royal decree 88/2013 by which approves the Complementary Technical Instruction AEM 1 Elevators of the Regulation of devices of elevation and maintenance, approved by the Royal decree 2291/1985, and the requirements of continuous improvement in the service described in the Particular Regulation RP-B58.01 of Aenor.

This certificate allows to show to the Competent Authorities and to the customers that the company fulfils with the requirements of the Royal decree 88/2013; and that, besides, has purchased a series of commitments of additional quality that go further of the required by said Royal decree. Attention of the failures and warnings in less than 12 hours; rescue of people trapped in cabin of the elevator in less than 60 minutes; have of Policy of Civil Responsibility with coverage of damages during the provision of the service like minimum of 900.000 € by accident; or realizar mensualmente control and follow-up of these services like other indicators more than the exert of the activities of the company are some of these commitments of additional quality.
