The new connector for tube encamisado
Designed like protection against the corrosion in the chemical industries, petrochemical, oil, of gas and papeleras, the connector JTC provides a connection without escapes for the tube encamisado Swagelok, deleting the need of melt termo retractable and of strip of sealed.
The design of the connector for tube encamisado patented combines a technology contrasted in the connections of tube with a closing by board tórica and an innovative nut of closing on the encamisado; providing estanquidad in the inner closing of stainless steel of the tube encamisado and a closing to proof of liquids in the external diameter (OD). The design JTC boosts an improvement of the installation and a high performance, including:
- Ease of setting – the closing of the nut moleteada allows an easy setting and an adjust manual.
- A remontaje repetitive – an easy maintenance thanks to a repetitive setting of the connector.
- Visual confirmation – the nut of the closing covers the venteo of the board tórica when it reaches the setting to proof of escapes.
- The orifice of venteo – warns the presurización accidental of the inner space of the encamisado.
The connector is available in all the configurations of standard tubes of 1/4", 3/8” and 1/2" inch, until a nominal thickness of the encamisado of 1/16”. The temperature of service oscillates from -55 to 82 °C (-67 until 180 º F) and works with pressesures until 420 bar (5 100 psig).
