During the day of Atpyc, to which has participated and promoted Mapei.

Mapei, the world-wide producing elder of adhesive, selladores and chemical products for the construction, has promoted and participated in the day on repair and reinforcement of maritime structures of the Atpyc, that took place in the Living room of Acts of Ports of the State in Madrid of this association the past 28 January.

The day had the assistance of more than 90 professionals, between which stood out the presence of technical managers of diverse Port authoritys, of the Engineers linked to the marine world, of the main Constructors and of Skilled Contractors members of the Technical Association of Ports and Coasts.

During the day presented diverse reports referred to the structures of concrete, his useful life, the inspection and the election of systems of repair adapted for the same. Likewise, they shared concrete experiences of repairs realizar in distinct Ports (Valencia, Barcelona and Bilbao).

In this frame results evident the predominant paper that have a suitable management in the conservation of said active, by means of procedures that allow operative improvements in his management and a prolongation of the useful life without damage of his functional characteristics, adapting the same to the needs cambiantes that imposes us the market of the maritime traffic to the that give service. By this reason from the Technical Association of Ports and Coasts promote the realisation of days of exchange of knowledge and analysis, that collaborate with this common aim.
