How it has evolved the sector of manufacturers of light faã§ades and windows during the last years?
The same that the rest of the sector of the construction. In Spain had a subsector with capacity to do the external carpentry and the light faã§ades of 800.000 houses, 3 or 4 airports, several centres of multiple uses, shopping centres, consistorial houses… and still competed. Can imagine now, with a reduction of the demand of the current characteristics, which is the situation. In Spain remain 2 or 3 fachadistas with capacity to do big projects, technical office and economic capacity, and are those that are more internacionalizados, those that have projects in Europe, Africa, Sudamérica and, even, in Asia.

Which paper is playing the increase of the quality to surpass the crisis?
The increase of the quality has helped, on the one hand, to the companies to be able to position in other markets, to be competitive; and, by another, has elevated the standard request of quality in the carpentries, what has allowed to give a value added in the renewal and that the economic sinking was not so much.
Which are the new market trends?
Fundamentally the renewal and the energetic saving. In a country with energetic dependency as ours, can not us allow the luxury of not saving power.
This will not be only a fashion or a new tendency, comes to remain .
Which opportunities of business offer the rehabilitation and the sustainability?
For the time being, in Spain is what is saving to the sector. The little activity that have gives so much in rehabilitation as in energetic saving. It will be the engine of our sector in the next 10 years. It does not have felt to follow building when sobran houses, airports and buildings of diverse uses. We have to think in key of saving, of rationalisation of the use and, even, in the recycling of the uses. I am not able of aventurar percentages but the rehabilitation, together with the export, will be the engine that sustain the industry of the closing in Spain in the next decade.
