The Chair of Ceramics celebrates the conference ‘To turns with the matter'

The
Carlos Quintáns Eiras (Muxía, A Coruña 1962) is architect by the School of architecture of A Coruña from 1987. Professor of the Department of Architectural Constructions of the ETSA of A Coruña from 1990 and professor of the Esarq (UIC) between 2002 and 2005, is director of the Tectonic magazines and Obradoiro. Quintáns Has participated in the jury of the Ceramic Prizes in several occasions.
The main contests in which it has participated and prizes that has received are: International Prize of the Fair of publishers and magazines of architecture 2013; Special Quotation of the X Biennial of Spanish architecture and selected in the Prize Mies Go of Rohe 2011; Pemio FAD architecture of Opinion 2011; Finalist in the Prizes FAD 2011, 2007 and 2001; Finalist Reward Saloni 2007; Highly Commended, AR+D Emerging architecture (The ARchitectural Review) 2002 and 2001; First Prize, Prize Julio Galán Carvajal 2002 and 1995; International Prize of wooden architecture 2002; Special Quotation SAW Sample of Spanish Young Architects Antonio Camuñas 2000; Prizes COAG 2006, 2001 and 1994.
