60% of the Spanish buildings have built without taking into account any minimum rule of energetic efficiency

From the past 1 June all the owners (companies or particular) of buildings, houses and/or local that rent or sell, have the forcing to have of a certificate of energetic efficiency.
The energetic certificate, that will have a validity of 10 years, will condense by means of an energetic label, which has to appear in any advertising that do of the real estate and has to be registered in the competent organ of each Autonomous Community. In this way any company or particular has to know which energetic qualification has the real estate that pretends to buy or rent.
The main virtue of this measure, according to Laura Thin, general director of Lowendalmasaï, will be “fundamentally the possibility to compare in the market the distinct on sale samples and position favorablemente those real estate that fulfil with a greater energetic efficiency”. Besides, "it contributes to inform of the broadcasts of CO2 by the use of the power from sources emisoras in the residential sector, what will facilitate the adoption of measures to reduce the broadcasts and improve the energetic qualification of the buildings".
