First house certified Passivhaus of Catalonia

Zehnder Comfosystems Is a complete system of ventilation with very low consumption of power and that provides confort, welfare and health. The system of Zehnder contributes of continuous form cool air deleting the humidity and the smells. It favours the rest because his special filters avoid the entrance of dust and of pollen and with this avoid allergies. The house ‘Farhaus AF1' has been built by the company Farhaus, a familiar business of cabinetmaking and carpentry created in 1882.
