A good example of our philosophy is the recent incorporation of The Series Evolution C with control multifuncional for the packaging. This new series of tanks of hot melt has surpassed the standards of hygiene and performance of the market, thus it can be considered the first system aplicador of adhesive “totally automatic”. All the units of the Series EC carry incorporated an intelligent microprocessor of control, with capacity of industrial communication (CAN Bus, ModBus) for a complete integration on the lines of production. These characteristics allow to the operarios monitor the systems of adhesive and modify the parameters without touching the unit hot melt.
On the other hand, also is possible to incorporate a loaders of granza, entirely integrated cheese cheese in the system hot melt, for an automatic monitoring and an appropriate maintenance of the level of adhesive in the tank. All this, allows to the operarios centre in other respects of the process of production, improving the performance of the line.
Valco Melton Also has developed a new range of guns hot melt, specific for a wide variety of applications of packaging. The series MS offers precision and control, ensuring an optimum uniformity and quality. The series ME with the incorporation of the module of double effect with the technology AO/AC is perfect for applications of enclosed of packaging and cardboard of high speed. To his time, Valco Melton offers the Series Low Profile (Profile Reduced) for installations situated in spaces reduced; it is an ideal gun for any process of sealed of boxes, as for example the sealed of cases and formed of boxes.
