Aidico Struggles against the siniestralidad grave in the construction

This formative action pretends to give to know the guidelines to be followed for the correct development of the investigations and studies periciales in accidents of special complexity. Also they will give to know the criteria for the imputaciones penal in grave accidents. In this way, the assistants will know at first hand the methodology to be followed in important accidents to determine the causes of scientific form-technical. Likewise it will move the judicial frame of application in accidents of grave consequences and/or mortal as well as the responsibilities of the employer and of the manufacturer of the materials employed in work, in matter of safety and prevention of labour risks.

The meeting is headed to professional specialised in matter of hygiene and health under construction, Technicians in Prevention of Labour Risks, Technicians of the Administration with competitions in hygiene and health, judicial Experts and of skilled insurance in the sector of the construction, members of the Administration of Justice as well as professionals of the Right.

Fits to stand out that the course has the participation of prestigious speakers, between them Jaime Gil, fiscal Dean of Siniestralidad Labour of the Fiscalía of Valencia, Eusebio F. Ortiz, territorial director of the Inspection of Work and Social hygiene Valencian Community, Antonio Moreno, boss of Inspection of Work and Social hygiene of Castellón and José Manuel Subirats, of the Provincial Inspection of Work and Social hygiene of the Palms.
