STACPOL

STACPOL Is the commercial mark of the division of boards of STAC. Specialised in the manufacture of thermoplastic boards and of rubber vulcanizado so much in extrusion (monocomponente) like co-extrusion (bicomponente), combines the most modern technology with the experience of a company leader in his sector.

Between the raw materials that use for the manufacture of boards in STACPOL fits to stand out the EPDM (etileno, propileno, dieno, monomer), by his excellent properties: excellent resistance to the intemperie, rays UV and humidity; excellent resistance to the cold and to the heat; excellent resistance to the ozone; very good resistance to the abrasion; very good resistance to the remanent deformation by understanding and good elastic recovery. STAC has created a department of advice for the obtaining of the Marked CE. This service helps all his customers to fulfil the European rule, advising the doubts that can arise and working to guarantee the total fulfillment of all the norm. To carry out said service, have of a team of professionals with experience in the area of R&D and in the obtaining of the distinct certificates of total quality.

In the new Centre of Essays, STAC is prepared to realizar the necessary essays to achieve the Marked CE. For this STAC has of three banks of essays to realizar the compulsory verifications: bank of essays of permeability to the air, bank of essays of estanqueidad to the water and bank of essays of resistance to the wind. Likewise, in the Centre of Essays, STAC in addition to fulfilling the rule carries out additional essays for a total guarantee of quality: bank of thermal sensors essays, bank of acoustic essays, bank of mechanical essays and bank of essays of resistance to the fire.
