When going in the waters, first produces a decantation of the heaviest solids that will situate in the inferior part of the tank. Simultaneously, it will produce a separation of the animal fats and the detergents by means of the difference of specific weights, what will do that the detergents and the fats remain in the top of the tank. The tube of exit of waters, that is situated in the intermediate part of the separador, will avoid that they can pour the heavy solids (situated in the inferior part) and the fats and the detergents (situated in the top).
