Pneumatic transport system: ideal for highly abrasive materials
The system of pneumatic transport "puls-pneu" solids systems-Technik is a dense phase system, successfully tested in hundreds of facilities with highly optimal results. Its is the capacity to transport large flows of material at low speeds, which is ideal for highly abrasive materials.
By the pulses of compressed air, the continuous column of material that forms at the exit of the pulsor decomposed material cartridges and air bags.
These air bags interspersed between cartridges of material act as sources of energy, pushing each which lie ahead.
The relay stations along the pipeline transport have the Mission of keeping apart the cartridges. It has a regulator that only feeds the pipeline transport with extra power when necessary.
The "Vibro-puls-pneu" procedure is based on the "Puls-Pneu" and has been developed to safely transport materials recognized as very difficult.
