Integrated tool: for strawberries of interchangeable heads
As part of the 10.1 CoroPak, Sandvik Coromant has developed a range of integral hard metal tool compatible with the CoroMill 316 tools interchangeable head (EH), recently introduced. Thanks to a lower extension of the handle of the tool, these innovative tool offer greater security in the performance with respect to the tools of cylindrical handle subject for portapinzas, without detriment to the transmission of torque, deviation or accuracy.
For best results in machining, the extension of the tool should always keep to a minimum. The new tool of hard metal intergral with EH links offer a total length less than the tool for cylindrical handle, giving them greater stability to equality of all the other parameters of machining.
Designed as a modular tool, this tool can be incorporated in many different tool combinations, to adapt them to specific tool machines, from a small inventory of standard elements and applications. In addition, given that they only require a minimum adjustment of the length of the tool for each application, machining workshops benefit also of minor time setting.
