New generation of excavadoras Doosan

The new cabin with ROPS and certified by OPG of the excavadoras of orugas DX300LC-3 and DX340LC-3 offers more space (+6%) for the operator, as well as several characteristics of utility, like direct control by means of the joysticks, that have new proportional switches of wheel for thumb and integrated cheese cheese buttons to provide a precise and proportional control of the implementos.

A new console of control in colour of 7 inches and of high quality offers an attractor trucks presentation and an excellent functionality. All the functions can control so much from the board of instruments as by means of a new control of two speeds beside the joystick, that is an exclusive element of the excavadoras Doosan. Of series include also a new function that allows that the operator select and establish the diet of the engine, the hydraulics discharge and the pressesure of the implementos, with several positions predefinidas.

A new seat of big quality, with heating and pneumatics suspension reduces the fatigue of the operator, whereas the new suspension of the cabin contributes to diminish the vibrations 20% and the audible level in the cabin to 71 dBA.

The cabin is presurizada to prevent that they go in particles. The capacity of lighting has increased 100% to facilitate the work at night. Like element of hygiene, offers the option of a lateral camera. Other characteristic are the climatizador totally automatic, a port USB to reproduce music and videos and more compartments of storage for papers or other objects.

The excavadoras DX300LC-3 and DX340LC-3 work with the engine diesel Doosan DL08K turboalimentado of common pipe (‘common rail') of six cylinders, that fulfils the norms of broadcasts of Phase IIIB thanks to the use of the technologies of recirculation of the gases of leakage (EGR) and of filter of particles diesel (DPF). With 159 kW, the engine Doosan DL08K of the excavadora DX300LC-3 surrenders 2% more than power to a lower diet (1800 r.P.m.) that the current model DX300LC of phase IIIA. In comparison with the DX340LC, the engine of the new DX340LC-3 surrenders 210 kW, that represents an increase of power of 7% to a low diet of 1800 r.P.m. The proofs of factory show a reduction of between 5% and 10% in the consumption of fuel, depending of the way of operation selected and of the work that do .

A new indicator ECHO in the signpost of control helps to that the operator go down the consumption of fuel offering supervision in real time of the consumption and the real percentage of load of the engine. There is two new ways of operation (P+ for greater power and L for elevation) that improve the control and the efficiency.

The capacity of work/hour has increased an average of 6% and 17% in the different ways of operation in the DX300LC-3 and in the DX340LC-3, respectively. Thanks to the new device for travel of the DX300LC-3, the maximum speed has increased to 5,3 km/h, whereas the power of traction has done it 4%, until 29.800 kg, and the capacity of elevation, 6%. In the DX340LC-3, this same device has increased the maximum speed 13%, until 5,4 km/h, and the power of traction, 16%, until 32.200 kg.

The new valves and hydraulics pumps increase the hydraulics discharge until 11% and the pressesure (350-370 bar) to improve the functions of in front, trip and power, in addition to to reinforce the capacity of elevation and reduce the length of the cycles. In the model DX340LC-3, the speed and the pair of twist have increased 5% and 7%, respectively, whereas the strength of excavation of the ladle and the one of the arm increased 5%. In group, the new hydraulics systems improve the productivity of the machines by means of controls with greater capacity of answer.

So much the excavadora DX300LC-3 like the DX340LC-3 have an inferior train more robust, with greater durability in the feather and the arm, as it expands the half time between failures in more than 30%.

The capó of the engine is divided in four parts to facilitate the maintenance, with components such like filters, valves and batteries at hand. The capacity of refrigeration has increased between a 10 and 15% in comparison with the machines of the previous generation.

In addition to offering more characteristic of series that other excavadoras of his existent type in the market, have a very expanded assortment of options, like a system of floating feather to facilitate the nivelación and the finishing. Between the options for heavy applications, are the discharge of double pumps that provides additional power for the implementos of high discharge, a pedal of straight route, a filter of air washed with oil or additional protections (as protective double of the orugas and protective complete of the orugas). The two excavadoras of the new generation commercialise with orugas standard or narrow, as well as with leading equipment of work articulated or monobloque.
