New midiexcavadora of 8 tons JCB 8085 ZTS
The new midiexcavadora JCB 8085 ZTS Eco establishes new standards of quality and efficiency in the segment of the MIDI excavators of 8 tons. With the inertia of the launch of the joint 3 CX Eco and the chance that the renewal model 8080 ZTS offered to the brand, this new midiexcavadora of 8 tons improves with the new Isuzu Tier 3 engine aspects such as the torque or the regime of laps of engineincreasing the first and by reducing the second with the resultant saving of fuel consumption and reduction of emissions into the atmosphere.
The operator works in a quieter environment (reduction of 40% of the sound level) with a more efficient and productive machine (11 per cent increase in production). The new machine incorporates technical innovations, as the side valve block instead of rear, which reduces the total length of hoses on the machine in more than 43 meters and improves the performance of the hydraulic system as a whole.
All these advantages and new options, such as the new set of rubber-coated steel or the fall safety valves, will come in addition to the familiar advantages of a product 100% compatible with the joint JCB 3 CXto have the broader market in this tonnage cockpit without abandoning the versatility of its cantilever of low twist.
As these are times where the technology should be at the service of the economy of the client and the ecology of the planet, both concepts share the acronym 'eco', as the new family of Eco teams formed from JCB.
Products designed and manufactured 'new generation' JCB in United States
JCB presents a new and exciting line of skid steer loaders in Smopyc and compact wheel loaders of caterpillars of high productivity and reliability. These 'new generation' machines are the first, not only in production, but also in designing in the facilities that the company It has United States, in Savannah, in the State of Georgia.
It is a range of seven crawler skid steer loaders, four-wheeled and three of caterpillars, which will later grow up to 18 models. They are machines of vertical elevation, with greater capacity and more scope to maximum lift height. Models now available, the crawler skid steer loaders of 260, 280, 300 and 330 wheels, and the loaders of 260T, 300T and 320T caterpillars, are machines chassis with operational capabilities of load of 1,180 pounds or more. With the introduction of new generation machines, JCB can offer a complete range of machines of wheeled and crawler, radial and vertical lift, with capacities of between 590 and 1,600 kilos.
New generation machines benefit from new features: a Tiltable cab with improved access for service; Multifunction joystick; an optional hydraulic quick coupler; isolated, sealed and pressurised cab and low noise levels; and seat of suspension with heating and adjustable armrests.
A single arm
New vertical lift machines incorporate the 'powerboom', exclusive design of JCB, which uses an arm only, instead of the conventional design of Miniloader of two arms. They are machines that do not need a tube of couple crossed at the back. Thus, operators can enjoy a rear visibility without obstructions and total visibility of almost 360 degrees. Thus a security and confidence of the driver without competition is achieved. To improve even more visibility, JCB has removed the protection around the cabin and her has been replaced with laminated glass.
Maintenance and comfort
With hydraulic connections Board torus and a simplified design that is resulting in a reduction of 38 per cent in parts, the maintenance of the new JCB machines is more single. A new design of oscillating cabin technicians provides better access to the train's power and hydraulic components. The new models also include a rear service door to facilitate access to the engine and the daily check points. A hood of upper opening for access to the radiator and a Tiltable radiator provide a better cleaning.
On the other hand, and as for comfort, new generation machines have a larger gateway and a capacity of cabin 17% larger than previous models. The company has introduced multifunction joystick and a suspension with optional heating seat and with adjustable armrests, which increases the comfort of the skid steer loaders.
Redesigned control panels have been relocated from the console below the top of the cabin panels so that they are at the height of the eyes of the operator. Other features are: reposavasos, MP3 player, compartment with output load and electrical outlet for accessories, equipment optional stereo and system anticabeceo (SRS) optional. The cab is quieter, with very low noise levels (76 decibels, which is 85% improvement).
Security
As in previous models, the crawler skid steer loaders and loaders of new generation caterpillars incorporate a gateway on the left side that allows the operator to enter and leave the machine without having to climb by the instrument and the arm of the loaderthereby increasing the security of the machine and the operator.
New series of rollers launches VMD
The new range of rollers tandem of Lance JCB (series VMD) incorporates a new hydrostatic transmission system independently of each drum.
This new system, together with the new design of distribution of weights and dimensions, represents a breakthrough in maneuverability, facilitating the turns effortlessly for all types of operator and improving accessibility with curbs, as mechanisms of transmission of a drum to another is not required.
The new front location of the Hatz engine with electronic starting facilitates the maintenance of the same tasks. Centering hydraulic deposit balances the weight of the equipment distribution and facilitates transfer to work thanks to a ring to crane or spikes on it. Finally, the large capacity water tank reduces standstill periods for recharge, being this task quickly and securely through the system of fast anchor that allows to remove and put on deposit in a few seconds.
Two details complete the offer of technical innovations of the VMD series: the new collapsible spear, perfectly isolated from vibrations of the rest of the team, reduces its dimension and incorporates ergonomic controls and security mechanisms consistent with the new legislation; and efficiency in vibration system patented by JCB across its range of compaction of a single eccentric shaft of one piece (no disc), which requires maintenance in the life of the team.
The tandem rollers weigh average 700 kg of average weight, and were unsafe and unpopular products in the work. Their poor maneuverability required corpulent and experienced operators. The new system of transmission, weight distribution and Lance design radically change benefits in handling of the team, as well as reducing maintenance requirements and improve safety and accessibility to new areas of work with curbs.
