Tusa carried Smopyc 2011 statistical sieve HNP and a new model of removable tape
March 18, 2011
Tusa attends Smopyc 2011 (Salon international machinery for public works, mining and construction to be held in Zaragoza from 5 to 9 April) to present two new teams: the statistical sieve HNP and the new model of tape desmonable JB, which will be exhibited in the 3,000 m2 located in Pavilion 3 - stand Stand CB-1.10.
The statistical sieve HNP has developed entirely in the Technical Department of the company. This type of sieve represents an ideal complement to the range of classic vibrant sieve, because it allows to classify thin materials with greater precision. Added advantages Tusa added that structures lighter support and wear of the meshes are needed as it is lower.
The second of the new features is the new tape removable JB model. The structure of the tape is manufactured by a fully detachable rolled profiles lattice, designed in a way modular allowing a series production, reducing costs and delivery times. This carrier would fit into a media series, allowing lengths between 4 and 40 meters, and bandwidths between 500 and 1,000 mm. Thanks to its economy in the transport and rapid Assembly on site, this film is suited for export in containers.
Among other teams to be exhibited at the stand of Tusa: the vibrant sieve model 60HN-3 (6 m2), the sieve 23 H-2, the driving head tape tape CMF, the feeder band with electronic controller, and the conveyor type CT 6/650 and JB - 19 x 500.
