Sandvik provides several specific applications for the recycling sector of the construction, mining, works in tunnels, and demolition. The Group has worked with Neotec to adapt the MJX following a precise outline. French society Neotec, initially geared towards the provision of services for the study of large construction vehicles, is now devoted to the design and production in small series of machines and equipment for these sectors of activity.
Versatile by definition, the MJX Multijob offers in its standard form a telescopic loader and a retropala of total turnover, with four-wheel drive and guidelines, quick coupler on the retro side both in the charger as well as the possibility of benefiting from the translation and management in both jobs (retro/loader).
The application ' Grizzly braker' is perfectly adapted to the MJX Multijob, thanks to its versatility, robustness and adaptability to every type of terrain the MJX has become a new tool for specific jobs as coal furnaces. The 'grizzly brecker' MJX is ready to work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to improve the unloading of coal trains.
By the side of the charger, a wide rake improves the flow of coal through the bands and on the side of the retro versatility allows to adapt the tools of cutting or hydraulic lever to reduce coal unrefinedthat can not be transported by the bands. The quantities of processed minerals can reach 2,200 tonnes per hour, which equates to a train every 13 minutes.
