Sika will present its new range of products in Construtec 2008

Sika presented as new sealing Sikaflex T-6 and Sikaflex Pool products. The first is a sealer-based polyurethane one-component, suitable for both indoor as exterior floor tiles calafateado.

This product is only applicable in the construction industry and cannot be used for calafateado of teak or other material covered in boats, yachts or boats. It is designed for sealing floor tiles, can be used with the majority of wood as a primary or secondary sealant, being suitable for applications both indoors and outdoors, in floor tiles around residential and commercial areassaunas, or gymnasiums.

Available in black, has multiple advantages: fast curing, excellent adhesion to most types of wood, high resistance to UV and aging, combined with non-slip properties in wet coverings, high resistance to sea water, it can be sanding, and has an excellent performance as sealed.

For its part, the Sikaflex Pool is neutral silicone sealed in swimming pools and areas in constant contact with water. It is suitable for joints in swimming pools, water immersion and areas in frequent contact with it, such as showers in sports or leisure purposes, between ceramic, tile, concrete, glass, metals and other typical media in buildings.

Available in white, black and translucent is highly resistant to water, chlorine (as required in the pools due to the use of disinfectants) and the attack of fungicides, has a high resistance to ageing and ultra-violet light, and is not corrosive.

The novelty Sika presents for Construtec Sikafill 200 fibers, elastic coating creamy consistency, based on styrene-acrylic copolymers in aqueous emulsion, with glass fibers, which once dry is a flexible, waterproof and durable film. Its uses are many: waterproofing of roofs can be visited on various types of media, asphalt sheets with finish in aluminium or slate, protection of medians wall against seepage of water from runoff, capacitance of joints and fissures, and repair of roof tiles and gutters of zinc, among others.

As features are its impermeability to rainwater and splashes, a great resistance to traction and high durability in the open, easily applied cold by traditional methods, in addition to being able to accompany the movements of dilation and contraction of support without cracking.

It's a self leveling mortar of high performance to be covered and applicable in thicknesses of 0, 5-15 mm or 15-30 mm with arid added and can be applied manually or pumped, before the application of the coating with ceramic tile, stone, linoleum, sheet PVC, wood or carpet pavements.

It is suitable for chairs with wheels (on the ground of superior finish), and for use with radiant heating systems.

Sika Level-300 is compatible with the Sika adhesives used in the setting of this type of soil, has a fast implementation thanks to its good fluidity and cohesion of the fresh product, maintains good workability and Union of Board during his life of mixture and is passable to 2 hours.

Sikagard oil is designed for the surface protection of teak wood and other wood exposed to bad weather.
It can be used on balconies, terraces, garden furniture, enhancing the natural shine of the wood, giving it an appearance uniform.
In addition, it prevents ultraviolet radiation and the penetration of water, has no pigments, is easy to implement and does not affect joints sealed with Sikaflex T6.
