Ganvam asks to the Government withdraw the decree that increases the cotizaciones of the autonomous

The National Association of Sellers of Vehicles to Engine (Ganvam), that represents to 4.600 dealers/official services and 3.000 compraventas, has showed his unrest in front of the recent modification of the system of cotización for 2014 approved by the Government whereby equalises the base of cotización of the autonomous workers to the of the General Diet for those that have had hired at least to ten or more employed during the past year.
In accordance with Ganvam and coinciding with the analysis of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE), this equiparación, that increases 5% of the maximum bases, minará the competitiveness of the companies of the sector of the car, very weakened financially by the crisis, since they will happen to pay some 1.051,50 annual euros, in place of the 875,70 euros of now.
Thus, Ganvam asks the withdrawal of this Royal decree, remembering that in Spain exist some 45.000 workshops, dealers and compraventas, together with 5.000 distributors of the car whose employers could see substantially affected his pockets with this reform, since in his immense majority are autonomous with ten or more hard-working to his charge.
In this sense, the patronal remembered how from the start of the crisis the sector of the dealers, workshops and compraventas has lost near of 50.000 employments, of which 5.000 of them only in 2013, whereas in the sector of the distributors of trucks the destruction of places of work has enciphered in 3.000, by what measured of this type will not do more than hampering the recovery of the sector and prevent new contractings.

Finally, Ganvam also coincides with the CEOE in that a change in the fiscal legislation would have to have gone accompanied of the prescriptive query, especially when the cost can represent, like minimum, a point of cotización of Social hygiene.
According to the president of Ganvam, Juan Antonio Sánchez Torres, ”this decision bumps with the commitment of the Government to reduce in two points the quotas to the Social hygiene between 2013 and 2014. It would be necessary a commission with the social agents to analyse in detail the economic and social impact of these measures before his set up”.
