With the commitment of continuous improvement that characterises them, Atlas Copco has launched his last tool: Underground Manager, a new software developed by Atlas Copco for planning, administration and analysis for tunnels and minería subterranean. Designed to work in all the models of equipment automated Atlas Copco substitutes to all the previous versions of Ore Manager and Tunnel Manager, and includes significant improvements with regard to the creation of the plans of shot and the back analysis of the data of perforación.
Underground Manager Can create the plans of shot to guide to the perforistas to position and address properly the barrenos, analyse the registers of perforación, showing the position and exact steering of the barrenos drilled, provide all the necessary information for the correct positioning (navigation) of the team in the front of perforación and access protected by keys USB and incidentally, design of outlines. Besides it includes MWD (Measure While Drilling) register and analysis of barrenos to predict the type of terrain drilled, plans of load of explosive and reports of analysis of data.
Underground Manager Is available in three levels:
- Standard Underground Manager: design plans of shot, axles of laser, registers of perforación and lines of tunnel.
- Underground Manager Pro: The characteristics of the standard Underground Manager more design of outlines, fixpoints, registers MWD and registers of the perfilómetro (profiles).
- Underground Manager MWD: The characteristics of Underground Manager Pro more evaluation and analysis advanced MWD.
Underground Manager Will be the only standard software that will mount the new equipment (like minimum that include ABC regulate). Equally they exist Packs available so much for the installation as for the update of the Underground Manager. These Packs include the keys USB and the CD with the necessary software.
