Stonetec Enters a new range of machines of cut with thread diamantado

Stonetec, the line of Atlas Copco skilled in the industry of the ornamental stone, has launched a new range of machines of cut with thread diamantado. The new range consists of three models of 50, 75 and 100 HP, being possible the cut in vertical horizontal and in everything of type of angle thanks to the design of the main pulley that can rotar 370º. Equally it allows the realisation of cuttings in parallel until a maximum distance of two metres without having to reposicionar the machine, thanks to the possibility of trip and twist of the main pulley.

The most innovative of the new range is the system patented of electronic cell that controls at all times the tension of the thread of diamond. The system allows to keep a constant tension on the thread independently of the conditionings of the operation: changes in the flow of water, fall of electrical tension, etc., allowing a greater performance in the life of the thread and realizar the operations of start and finalised of the cut of automatic form.

Another remarkable characteristic of these models, especially in the machine of 100 HP, is the remarkable increase of productivity in the cut, with upper registered performances to 30% in some exploitations of limestone and marble. All this joined to an ergonomic design and to a sophisticated system of management that allows the operation to distance via GSM, the control of the temperature of the thread, lighting, autodiagnosis, the register of the parameters of cut including the life of service of the thread and the possibility to download all this information in memory USB for back analysis and register.
