Forum Aseamac 2013, a meeting to promote to the sector of the rent of machinery
In an adverse economic situation like the current is, if it fits, more necessary work in collaboration between all the actors -companies alquiladoras of machinery, manufacturers and providers of services and Administration- to surpass those challenges that are common to all the companies that form part of this sector. The Forum of Aseamac is an annual meeting of the community of the rent of machinery, an appointment to exchange impressesions, share best practices and establish new relations with other professionals of the sector.
The value of this type of meetings bases in that the companies of the sector can exchange experiences, best practices or debate on common problems between professionals.
Besides, the sessions of conferences offer the possibility to know, of the hand of experts, how face the challenges that present them in matter of legislation, normative, learning or prevention of risks.
The day was divided between three sessions of conferences, a round table and several moments of rest in which the assistants could visit the zone of display units and exchange impressesions with other colleagues.
Session of conferences 1
The first conference of the day pronounced it Javier Sáez of the company Kemler. Sáez exposed in his report on ‘New rule on the transport of equipment or scheme with deposit of fuel”', which are the legal requirements and measures of hygiene that a company has to take if it transports equipment or machinery with deposit of fuel.
Intervention of the president of Aseamac, Juan José Torres.

The second session began with the intervention of José Luis Muñiz, of Agruas-Anagrual. Muñiz Treated ‘the application of the criterion of box in the VAT and deducibilidad of the reward to administrators in the tax of societies'.

Martínez presented some cases in which it had produced some labour accident in which it was involved the use of heavy machinery. The representative of the Administration stood out the importance that has the learning of the operarios in the use of the machinery, especially in the field of the prevention of labour risks.

General assembly of Aseamac and Meeting Confalq
The day after the Forum, Aseamac celebrated his General Assembly in the installations of the Hotel NH The Habana.
When finalising the General Assembly, the members of Aseamac participated in the Meeting of Association of Confalq, the Confederation of the Rent.
Confederation of which is member founder and in which they also participated the associations Anapat, National Association of Rentals of Aerial Platforms of Work, and Fanagrumac, the National Grouping of Associations of Rentals and Installers of Cranes-tower and Machinery for the Construction.
